The Cape Fear River Assembly (CFRA) includes members from Greensboro and High Point to Wilmington. We are governed by a 39 member Board of Directors. The CFRA membership includes representatives throughout the Cape Fear River Basin with varying interests including community based organizations, academia, small business, industry, government (local, state, and federal), and the general public.
